Vintage: 2017

Varieties: Viura 100%. D.O.Ca. Rioja

Peculiar maceration of 24 hours and fermentation at controlled temperature (12 ° C) for 45 days with selected yeasts for their aromatic behavior.

Tasting notes: bright straw greenish yellow color. Very intense on the nose with fine and elegant aromas, fruitful tropical, with hints of fennel, mint, apple and floral notes. The palate is fresh, with a very good step for mouth and ripe fruit sensation, tasty with a certain fatty character.





Vintage: 2017

Varieties: 80% Tempranillo and 20% Garnacha. D.O.Ca. Rioja

Cold maceration (7 ° C) for four days and subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature (max 26ºC). Post-maceration for 15 days and malolactic fermentation in tank.

Tasting notes: intense cherry color with violet rim, medium-high layer, good extraction, clean and with good tear. It has an intense and aromatic nose, red fruits appear: strawberries, raspberries and some currant on a light balsamic background, raspberry jam and blackberry background. Very expressive. Something dairy at the end. The palate has good intensity wild berries berries, with well-assembled balsamic notes. It has good acidity and structure, tannin something present, broad without being heavy with a very rich, easy and sweet course, with notes of licorice at its end.



Vintage: 2015

Varieties: Tempranillo 100%. D.O.Ca. Rioja

Controlled fermentation (max 30ºC) and post maceration 15 to 20 days. 70% of the malolactic fermentation in the tank and 50% in the barrel. Aging for 12 months in third generation barrels, 70% American oak and 50% French oak.

Tasting notes: intense and bright cherry color, violet edging that denotes youth. High layer. Heavy and abundant tear. Powerful aroma of black fruit (compotes, sensation of maturity) with discreet and fine nuances of aging, fine woods, leather goods, roasted and again the presence of ripe fruit but with floral and coffee backgrounds. Powerful and structured in the mouth, spirited seaweed but with good balance between acidity and body (meaty). Power of flavors with marked fruity character in mouth aromas and in the wide and long aftertaste.



Vintage: 2013

Varieties: 90% tempranillo and 10% graciano. D.O.Ca. Rioja

Controlled fermentation (max, 50 ° C) and post maceration for 15 to 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in barrel. Tempranillo is aged for 16 months in third-generation barrels and Graciano is bred in new casks; both of French oak.

Tasting Notes: it is a red wine with a modern profile, with a leading role in fruit (strawberries, ink) in a complex set with mineral, spicy notes. The palate is alive, with firm tannins of good quality and a balanced balance, medium-high body, fleshy center, freshness and breadth. Fine aromas of fresh fruit, adorned with tight aging and spicy and mineral notes.
